Tricolor celebration for the Mosole Sports Group to celebrate the success in the National Meeting for Youth Categories and the Italian titles of Pietro Foffano and Matilde Carretta, plus Santiago Bembo's Veneto title. A great event for the club's 50 years: Roberto Pagnin and Renis Mosole, son of Remo, used to race in the first team. All young athletes were awarded by "paron" Remo Mosole who, in addition to the Italian champions, dreams of another Cyclocross World Championship at the Le Bandie Sports Center requested from UCI for 2029 and the world championship on the track in the new velodrome that will be built on the area he donated in 2031.
Matilde Carretta and Pietro Foffano (second-year beginners) showcased their tricolor jersey. Matilde Caretta is a first-year student who races on the road in Valvasone, but does cyclocross activities in winter with the Mosole Sports Group. In her career, she has already won the Cross Italian Championship in 2025 and 2024, Veneto champion in 2025 and 2024, and conquered the title at the Giro delle Regioni. She finished third in the 2025 Italian Team Relay Cyclocross Championship and is the Triveneto Team Relay Cyclocross Champion in 2024.
Pietro Foffano, who won the national title on Sunday in Gorizia, was the 2024 road vice-champion, third in the 2024 Cross Italian Championships, and provincial cyclocross champion in 2024.
Santiago Bembo, the 2025 Veneto road and cyclocross champion in the first-year beginners category, was also awarded, finishing fourth in the national championship, third in the 2025 Italian Cyclocross Team Relay, and Triveneto Cyclocross Team Relay Champion in 2024. Leonardo Busato, the 2025 provincial mountain bike champion, was also part of the parade.
These are all the national titles won in 50 years by Gs Mosole: Mara Mosole (road) in 1984, Ernestina Galli (road) in 1985, Mirko Segato, Mosè's son, (track speed) in 1990. Two cyclocross titles by Enrico Scapolan in 2007 and Sara Romanin in 2008. In 2009, Federico Manzan won the road title, Leonardo Zanandrea in the track omnium specialty in 2022, and the two cyclocross titles by Matilde Carretta (2024 and 2025)
From individual champions, they moved to the youth national meeting won this year in Viareggio by the yellow-greens with 425 points ahead of the second team, after last year's second place and third place three years ago in Conegliano. At the boys' parade was also president Luca Pavanello, who raced professionally for three years, regional councilor and club secretary Gloria Marton, Stefano Busato, and Edi Scudeler filling the front row.
