His departure from Visma Lease a Bike in February had caused quite a stir, and now Tim Heemskerk officially joins the technical staff of Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe. The Dutch coach boasts extensive experience in high-performance training and has recently worked with Team Visma | Lease a Bike, particularly following Jonas Vingegaard.

Tim Heemskerk will work under the direction of head coach John Wakefield and will oversee the training management of several WorldTour riders. He joins an established and successful group of coaches at Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe, a staff that has guided riders to victories in the Grand Tours and podium finishes.

The continued development of the coaching team reflects the team's commitment to building one of the most cutting-edge high-performance environments in professional cycling.
