After being present for the first time on the Castelli jersey of Soudal Quick Step at last year's Vuelta a España, the T-Rex logo returns for the 80th edition of the race that will start from Turin. This means that for the next three weeks, traveling from northern Italy to Madrid, the Belgian team will once again be known as T-Rex Quick-Step.

Mikel Landa will lead the team in his home Grand Tour, which he will tackle for the ninth time in his career. Having placed in the top ten on two occasions, the 35-year-old Basque rider will have many opportunities to showcase the now-famous T-Rex Quick-Step jersey, alongside a strong team that can play multiple cards in our quest for victories in Spain.

"I'm happy to be at the start of the Vuelta with this special T-Rex jersey on my shoulders. I would like to achieve some good results, but the plan is to tackle the race day by day and see how things go. There's no secret that the course is tough, with many climbs and mountain finishes, but we have a strong and motivated team that is ready to fight until Madrid," said Mikel before the start of his 24th Grand Tour.

Gianmarco Garofoli, the overall winner of the Czech Tour, Junior Lecerf, Maximilian Schachmann, Valentin Paret-Peintre – winner of the Mont Ventoux stage at the Tour de France a month ago – Grand Tour debutant Pepijn Reinderink, Mauri Vansevenant and Louis Vervaeke will join Mikel Landa in the Soudal Quick-Step roster for the last stage race of the season.
