After open and constructive conversations, Lidl-Trek and Gaia Realini have decided by mutual agreement to part ways at the end of 2026, after four seasons spent together.

We want to express our gratitude to Gaia for everything she has done for the team, including the unforgettable stage victory at La Vuelta Femenina in 2023, and wish her all the best for the future.
