The man at the center of sport, in this case a man leading a reference discipline like cycling, which has deep social and cultural roots in our country and has always carried significant weight. Cordiano Dagnoni, guest of honor at the Panathlon Club Como, presided over by Davide Calabrò (in the photo with the president and Fabio Perego, ed.), who introduced the "convivial" by illustrating the figure of Italy's cycling chief and outlined the parameters of Dagnoni's address, which focused on "The President and the Role of Management Applied to Federation Administration", an important opportunity for discussion useful in deepening the skills, responsibilities and challenges that characterize today the leadership of a major sports organization like the Italian Cycling Federation.
