Austrian Carina Schrempf changes teams with immediate effect, moving from Fenix-Premier Tech to SD Worx – Protime where she will find her compatriot Valentina Cavallar. At the time of writing, the Dutch team has not yet announced the transfer, which however already appears in the UCI database.
A native of Sankt Martin am Grimming, Schrempf has worn the Fenix-Premier jersey since 2023, the season in which she achieved victory in the Austrian national championship, to date her only success as a professional cyclist. This year she was again prominent at the national championship, finishing third in the road race and fourth in the time trial.
Carina started the season in Australia in January and is now preparing to live out the final part of the sporting year with a new team.
Julia Kopecký, on the other hand, appears ready to leave SD Worx Protime. The 22-year-old, Czech national champion in both road race and time trial, after two years with the Dutch team, seems close to joining Lidl Trek, as reported by colleagues at Wielerflits
