Belgian Keije Solen won the fourth and final stage of the Ronde de l'Oise, held over a distance of 182.7 km from Beauvais to Liancourt. The Lotto-Groupe Wanty rider won by a clear margin, and joining him on the day's podium were Frenchman Tabellion and German Huppertz. Fifth place on the day went to Milan-born Juan David Sierra of Tudor Pro Cycling Team U23.
The overall victory, however, went to Australian Patrick Eddy, with Italian Alexander Konychev finishing in third place: unfortunately a mechanical failure less than 5 km from the finish forced the Italian, who was wearing the leader's jersey, to concede ground to Eddy and Place, who preceded him in the final classification.
