Israel Premier Tech dominates the Sibiu Tour in Romania. After Canadian Riley Pickerll's success in the opening stage ahead of Lukas Kubis and Nicolò Parisini, today it's Matthew Riccitello's turn. The American won by a margin in the second stage, the 203 km Sibiu-Bâlea Lac, beating Spanish rider De La Cruz by 20" and Norwegian Eiking by 29". Vanhoucke and Pringle finished more than 2 minutes behind. Riccardo Lucca (Karcag Cycling EPKAR Team) took seventh place, with Lorenzo Galimberti of Petrolike finishing twelfth. Riccitello is naturally the new overall leader.
