Hopplà strongly Hopplà on the roads of Valdarno in the 56th Coppa Penna valid as Regional Elite and Under 23 Championship. Another overwhelming triumph with six athletes in the Top ten at the end of a race with 124 starters and 46 finishers. Finish in formation for the Manenti-Bruno tandem, without a sprint, with the bergamasque rider crossing the finish line first for his third seasonal success after a race conducted at almost 42 average and which had five protagonists, considering that the sixth, the Abruzzese Masciarelli, arrived at the Penna finish line over 3 minutes behind.
And so, besides Manenti and Bruno who broke away in the finale, we mention Ceroli who conquered third place and the two athletes who wore the 2025 Tuscan champions jerseys, the elite Matteo Regnanti who finished fourth and the Under 23 Riccardo Lorello who occupied the fifth spot, confirming the dominance shown in this race. A result expected by many given what has happened in these first 70 days of activity. A clear and uncontested superiority as a team compared to other Tuscan teams that could not help but emerge in the regional race on the Valdarno roads. For patron Claudio Lastrucci, sports director Stefano Roncalli, and the entire staff working around Team Hopplà (we like to remember Valerio Fusi and Leonardo Gigli), another triumphant and highly satisfying afternoon with the seventh achievement in 2025 besides many placements. And the season is still long.
