In America they do sign documents that raise the organizers from any responsibility, now it seems that an ad hoc document was also prepared by Velon, the group that includes a number of World Tour teams. What is it? The document should be called "Velon addendum", from the English added, document, appendix or supplement. So it may see a little extra, apparently weightless but instead that can have an important weigh on future riders contracts and that cyclists from around the world will be asked to sign. This appendix should go to weigh heavily on the contracts of riders that signing it (some have already done, and only later became aware of what they have signed) would be divested at once teams belonging their image rights, intellectual property and also the declaration of personal data and even more. In short, an appendix which would clash violently with the "Equal agreement" recognized by the UCI. We know that in these days riders associations have already moved. There is ferment and could not be otherwise, given the sensitivity of the issue. A document that could weaken, a lot, riders bargaining power, who in this way would be divested also their soul with one simple signature.
