Manuel Pupillo's winning streak holds true even on the challenging slopes of Ghisallo. The Italian under-23 first-year champion claimed the single-stage race from Lambrugo to Ghisallo, outsprinting Swiss rider Lorenzo Aratari of Velo Club Lugano. Behind them, with a gap of 11 seconds, came the group of early chasers led by Fabio Pisarra of Prealpino. For Pupillo (Team Senaghese Guerrini), this marks his nineteenth seasonal victory, achieved just 24 hours after his success in the Alzate Brianza time trial.
