The last registration for the 28th Trofeo San Rocco, a national race for juniors scheduled for Sunday, September 6th and arrived almost at the last minute, has delighted the leaders of the G.S. Amici del Pedale di Fabbrica di Peccioli, from president Alessandro Bacciarelli to the two vice presidents Bellagotti and Pazzagli, the councilors and sports enthusiasts of the Peccioli area. Another important and significant presence at the race is the technical commissioner of the Italian Junior National Team, Edoardo Salvoldi, who will closely follow the competition three days before the start of the Giro della Lunigiana stage race, and in view of the World Championships scheduled in Canada in the last decade of September.

The characteristics of the final stretch from Fabbrica to the center of Peccioli with the "wall" of via di Greta, the same one that professionals will tackle in the Coppa Sabatini on Thursday, September 10th, and the return towards the finish in Fabbrica full of undulations, promises spectacle and emotion and has almost always proven decisive for the final victory in this classic.

ROUTE: The Fabbrica circuit is identical to that of 2025 when Mattia Agostinacchio won by a large margin with a splendid final. Five laps of 21.4 km are planned with as many passages through the Montelopio climb where the mountain prize is located, plus the wall of via di Greta in the center of Peccioli just 7 kilometers from the finish. A short stretch (approximately 800 meters) with a maximum gradient of 16 percent. The start from Piazza del Monumento in Fabbrica at 1:30 PM with 125 km scheduled and arrival expected around 4:30 PM.
