Campagnolo, Italian manufacturer of high-performance drivetrains and wheels for road and gravel cycling since 1933,  announces today that SPAC – following the execution of an investment agreement with Campagnolo's current shareholder – will acquire a minority stake in the company through a strategic investment. The completion of the transaction is expected within the next month and is subject to customary closing conditions for transactions of this type.
