Jonathan Milan, winner of yesterday's first stage of the Renewi Tour, was caught up in a massive pile-up when there were still 67 kilometers remaining in today's stage of the Belgian race.

Dropped well behind the main group, the Italian champion is being escorted by Consonni: initial reports from the race indicate problems with his wrist.

From the footage, it appears the crash started in the front positions of the group, possibly due to a loss of control.
