Gallina Lucchini Ecotek Colosio is preparing for a double commitment between Marche and Veneto, with two appointments that differ greatly in characteristics and timing but are both significant in the summer schedule of the team directed by Cesare Turchetti and Milco Benatti.
Sunday, July 19 the team will compete in Marche for the 41st Gran Premio Città di Montegranaro (Ascoli Piceno), a race for elite and under 23 riders that will start at 2:30 PM. The course measures 115 kilometers, a traditionally demanding route suited to riders capable of managing the central phases of the race well. Six athletes will be at the start: Militello, Buti, Bonometti, Franzosi, Veneri, and Mercatali.
Thursday, July 23 the team will move to the Venetian area, to San Donà di Piave, for the traditional Notturna Cochi e Boni, an evening race of 100 kilometers that will start at 8:30 PM. In this case too, six riders will be fielded: Cornali, Mercatali, Crescioli, Veneri, Faustinelli, and Ganini.
