Following the opening stage of the Volta a Catalunya Femenina, the road bike of Paula Blasi, a cyclist for UAE Team ADQ, was stolen in Santa Susanna. The theft occurred shortly after the stage finish, in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel and finish area, where several teams had gathered after the race.

The bicycle is a Colnago Y1Rs, characterized by the official colors and race specifications of UAE Team ADQ, which makes it easily identifiable and extremely difficult to resell.

The incident was immediately reported to the Spanish authorities, who have opened an investigation.

UAE Team ADQ kindly asks the cycling community and the public to report any useful information or sightings of the bicycle to the local authorities.
