Dutch cyclist Eline Jansen (VolkerWessels Cycling Team) won the third and final stage, the Nay-Jurançon of 114 kilometers of the CIC Tour des Pyrenees women's race, beating her breakaway companion Lea Curinier (FDJ United SUEZ) in a sprint finish and a brilliant Nadia Quagliotto of Cofidis. The overall classification went to Spanish Paula Blasi, of UAE Team ADQ, who finished ahead by 1'57" of her Polish teammate Wlodarczyk and French rider Berthet.

At the end of the race, Paula Blasi commented: "Last year the Tour of the Pyrenees was the first real race I tackled as a general classification leader and it was a very tough experience. Today, instead, I'm here as the winner. I believe I'm the same person as a year ago, but with much more experience. I've learned to move better in the group, to stay calm in important moments and to make better decisions during the race. This year I arrived here with much more confidence in myself and with a truly strong team by my side.
Today we also worked perfectly. We wanted to try to win the stage with Dominika, but when the breakaway gained an advantage we remained focused on the main objective: controlling the race and winning the overall classification. We succeeded and for this we are very happy and satisfied."
