The organizers of the Giro d'Italia have announced the list of entries for the 109th edition of the pink race. We have already published the selections for almost all teams, and now we have a complete picture (which can still be modified at the last minute) that allows us to count the Italian riders who will take part in the race. In total there are 42 out of 184, which is 22.8% of the total.
In Alpecin Premier Tech there are Francesco Busatto and Luca Vergallito, in Bahrain Victorious Damiano Caruso and Edoardo Zambanini.

Giovanni Aleotti, Gianni Moscon and Giulio Pellizzari are the Italian riders for Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe, Luca Mozzato represents Tudor Pro Cycling Team, Gianmarco Garofoli, Andrea Raccagni Noviero and Filippo Zana represent Soudal Quick Step, Andrea Vendrame represents Team Jayco AlUla.
