Second personal victory at the 2026 Tour de Taiwan for Dusan Rajovic. The Serbian rider from Solution Tech Nippo Rali won the fourth stage in a sprint finish, contested over a distance of 131.2 km with start and finish in Pingtung. Rajovic, claiming his fourth success of the season, finished ahead of Frenchman Hennequin (Euskaltel-Euskadi) and Italian D'Amato (Team UKYO).

In the general classification, on the eve of the final stage, Frenchman Matys Grisel of Lotto-Intermarché remains in command.
