The season of the MBH Bank Ballan CSB Colpack team closes with an overwhelmingly positive balance, recording 21 victories, 11 second places, and 14 third places. Numbers that clearly tell the story of the solidity and depth of a project built on collective value. Throughout the year, the team managed to achieve victories with 12 different riders, a particularly significant fact that demonstrates the group's ability to express protagonists in different race contexts and typologies, without depending on a single leader.
Even more eloquent is the overall placement data: 16 athletes have been on the podium at least once, confirming the wide competitiveness of the roster and the effectiveness of the daily work done by riders and technical staff. A result that reflects widespread and constant growth, the fruit of planning, trust, and individual accountability within a shared vision.
The team confirms itself as a young, structured, and future-oriented collective, capable not only of obtaining immediate results but also of building high-level prospects: 12 athletes will turn professional in 2026 (including Novak at Movistar), demonstrating the quality of the training path and the credibility of the project in the eyes of international cycling.
The riders who obtained at least one seasonal victory are: Matteo Ambrosini, Lorenzo Nespoli, Matteo Fiorin, Lorenzo Masciarelli, Leonardo Vesco, Diego Bracalente, Pavel Novak, Zsombor Takács, Cesare Chesini, Luca Cretti, Manuel Oioli and Samuel Quaranta.
The season's multiple winners are Luca Cretti and Cesare Chesini, both with three victories, including the Tour of Romania. Following with two victories are Novak, Takács, Ambrosini, Fiorin and Vesco. Also noteworthy is the prestigious podium at the Giro d'Italia Next Gen, with Pavel Novak third in the general classification and winner of the queen stage.
These results are complemented by victories on the track and in cyclocross, a discipline in which the athletes are still engaged these days: Matteo Fiorin won in Novo Mesto (Slovenia), while Zsombor Takács placed in Antwerp (Belgium).
Tracing the balance is Team Manager Antonio Bevilacqua: "We close a positive season, with quality victories and a group that has grown visibly. We covered the entire season with great continuity, scientifically planning our preparation. In fact, we have been preparing for the category jump by already working professionally in all sectors".
The gaze is already turned to the future: "We know we are newcomers, but we believe we have set up a technically valid project in every aspect. Our goal is to enter among the top 30 teams in the world and obtain invitations to high-level races. We have worked hard and are preparing to face this new commitment with great seriousness".
