There is a new development regarding the final week of the Giro d'Italia, whose presentation is scheduled for Monday, December 1st in Rome.
The novelty, as reported by L'Adige, concerns the arrival location of the stage that will likely start from Bergamo: no longer Madonna di Campiglio as the final destination, but Andalo. The deciding factor appears to be a numerical consideration: Madonna di Campiglio has hosted the Giro three times (in 1999 with the unforgettable "Pantani incident", then in 2015 and 2020) while Andalo only twice, in 1973 and 2016.
