Nicolò Buratti, a Friulian born on July 7, 2001 in Udine, is the new addition to the MBH Bank Ballan CSB Colpack team for 2026. He is a fast-paced rider, capable of competing in races with ups and downs and possessing a quick sprint. The rider has participated in a high-level calendar with Team Bahrain Victorious, including - among others - Strade Bianche, Amstel Gold Race, Tour de Suisse and Vuelta a España.
Buratti has always been a cycling talent and has worn the blue jersey multiple times in international events. He is accustomed to thinking in terms of objectives and aiming for ambitious goals.
BURATTI: "I come from a three-year stint in a WorldTour team, where I was able to face a high-level calendar, gaining considerable experience. I had the opportunity to get to know the new team already from the first October training camp and get to know the people, finding a qualified and highly motivated staff towards the new step".
On expectations for the new season: "I believe that in this team I will find more space for my personal ambitions, and I am certainly motivated to do well in a 2026 full of mutual satisfaction. For this reason, I can only thank the MBH Bank Ballan CSB Colpack team, which wanted me in the project by providing me with this opportunity".
MANAGER: Antonio Bevilacqua, as is customary, is the managerial figure who welcomes the rider to the team, which includes Gabor Deak and the Ballan, D'Aprile, and Colleoni families.
"We welcome Nicolò - says Bevilacqua - who has always been a cycling talent. I believe that with us he can relaunch his still young career, also thanks to the environment of our group, which works with professionalism and great attention to people. Feeling good in the group is the first step to performing at one's best. We are confident about this new and stimulating experience".
