
The Unione Ciclistica Pecciolese led by President Luca Di Sandro is engaged in organizing the international professional cycling Giro della Toscana - Memorial Alfredo Martini and Gran Premio Città di Peccioli - Coppa Sabatini.
Pontedera (Pisa) will once again host the start and finish of the "Toscana" scheduled for Wednesday, September 10. The "Sabatini" on September 11 will take place with start and finish in Peccioli (Pisa). Both races, in addition to being valid for the Alfredo Martini Memorial, are included in the Italy Cup of Regions and Autonomous Provinces.
25 Sports Groups will participate in the Giro della Toscana and Sabatini. The Unione Ciclistica Pecciolese has secured the participation of 8 World Tour teams: UAE Emirates XRG; Team Cofidis; EF Education – Easy Post; Intermarchè-Wanty; Jayco-AlUla; Movistar; Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe; XDS-Astana.
There are also 13 ProTeams: Burgos – Burpellet-BH; Caja Rural – Seguros RGA; Equipo Kern Pharma; Euskaltel – Euskadi; Solution Tech-Vini Fantini; Team Novo Nordisk; Polti – VisitMalta; TotalEnergies; Tudor Pro Cycling; Unibet Tietema Rockets; Uno-X Mobility; VF Group – Bardiani Csf – Faianzè and Wagner Bazin WB.
Four Continental teams will complete the lineup: MBH Bank - Ballan – Csb; MG K-Vis Costruzioni e Ambiente; Team Petrolike and Sam - Vitalcare -Dinatek.
The decisive phases of Gran Premio Città di Peccioli – Coppa Sabatini and Giro della Toscana will be broadcast live by Rai Sport and other television networks. Transmission is also expected outside Europe.
The routes of the 2 competitions will be announced on September 5 in Peccioli. The presentation will take place at Palazzo Senza Tempo starting at 6 PM.
