It's time for the Giro Next Gen for Team Technipes #inEmiliaRomagna, which starts tomorrow and is the most prestigious stage race reserved for Under 23 riders, scheduled until June 22nd.
Five athletes will compete for the Emilia-Romagna Continental team: Riccardo Archetti, Luca Bagnara, Alessandro Cattani, Pietro Dapporto, and Marco Martini.
"We are confident: the team is well-balanced, ready to tackle the stages and aim for a good overall classification," says sports director Francesco Chicchi, who will lead the squad from the team car alongside co-director Mauro Calzoni.
Alessandro Cattani, born in 2005 and in his second year in the Under 23 category, has shown good performances in recent weeks, notably securing 5th place in the overall classification at the Ronde de l'Isard in France. Expectations are also high for Romagnolo Luca Bagnara, born in 2003, with Marco Martini, Riccardo Archetti, and Pietro Dapporto also ready to make their mark.
