The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè begins its northern season with the Belgian classics. On Saturday, March 8th with the GP Criquielion, the UCI 1.1 category race will see riders tackle the traditional 200-kilometer route that, after departing from Ath, will develop around the town of Lessines through two different circuits. Selected for this race: Federico Biagini, Luca Colnaghi, Filippo Magli, Mattia Pinazzi, Alex Tolio and Filippo Turconi.
The same lineup will also compete in the GP Pierre Monserè, scheduled for Sunday, March 9th, which will cover a 201.6-kilometer route that, like last year, will connect Ichtegem to Roeselare. The team will be led by sports director Luca Amoriello.
Of the two Belgian classics, the GP Monserè will be visible on Eurosport 2 from 3:30 PM and streaming on Discovery Plus, with no television broadcast planned for the GP Criquielion.
