Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber announces the signing of Alexander Hajek for the 2027 season. The Austrian rider, born in Hainburg an der Donau on July 19, 2003, arrives from Red Bull–BORA–hansgrohe, a WorldTour team with which he has raced for the last three seasons.

A climber particularly suited to demanding routes and stage races, Hajek brings to the team the experience gained in the top international circuit, where he has had the opportunity to compete in some of the most prestigious races on the calendar. Also equipped with a good acceleration on short, steep climbs, the Austrian rider represents an important reinforcement for the most selective races.

Among the most important results of his career stands out his victory at the Austrian National Road Championship in 2024, a season in which he also achieved seventh place in the general classification of the Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye, tenth at the Coppa Sabatini and fourteenth at the Tour of Guangxi, a WorldTour calendar race.

In 2025 he confirmed his qualities in stage races, obtaining fourth place in the general classification of the Tour de Hongrie, eighth at the Czech Tour and tenth at the CRO Race. In the same year he also finished the Trofeo Matteotti in tenth position.
