We could sum up the great and well-deserved victory of Jonas Vingegaard at the 2026 Giro d'Italia in these three points, a success that allows the Danish champion to become part of legend, namely one of those few all-time champions to have won all three grand stage races. That said, behind a victory like this lie countless choices that made the difference, from the methodology of physical preparation, through nutrition and supplementation, to recovery, without overlooking a detail that today helps to widen the gap with the pursuers, namely the choice of technical materials used during the race.
