SPAIN. For the fourth consecutive year, Mireia Benito claims the Spanish national time trial title. The 29-year-old from AG Insurance - Soudal Team covered the 18-kilometre course in Sabinánigo at 42 km/h, recording a time of 25 minutes and 59 seconds. Behind her, finishing respectively 21" and 26" apart, were Sara Martín (Movistar Team) and Sandra Alonso (Eneicat - Be Call); the podium was nearly completed by Paula Blasi, who is recovering from a training crash yesterday.

GREAT BRITAIN. Following her victory at Bad Ragaz in the Tour de Suisse Women, Zoe Bäckstedt claims the British national title, repeating last year's success. The 21-year-old from CANYON//SRAM covered 25 kilometres in 32 minutes and 45 seconds, finishing 21" ahead of second-placed Anna Morris and 1'05" ahead of her sister Elynor Bäckstedt of UAE Team ADQ
