Just a few days ago, the exceptionally talented Paula Blasi helped write an important chapter in the long history of DMT, not only for that of her country. The UAE Team ADQ athlete was indeed the first Spanish woman ever to win the Vuelta Femenina, to the delight of Iberian fans, and even more so thanks to a brilliant attack on a mythical climb like the Alto de l'Angliru.
And Blasi did it wearing DMT's Pogi's Superlight shoes, gifting the Verona-based company a memorable first. Never before had DMT reached the top step of the podium at a women's Grand Tour, and the hope is that it won't be the last, given that Blasi is a rare talent with a future yet to be written.
Before focusing on her next objectives, Paula paid a visit to DMT's facilities in Bonferraro di Sorgà, accompanied by her managers Alex Carera and Marco Belotti. It was an opportunity to tour the company, meet all the people behind the shoe's development, and speak with Federico Zecchetto, who gifted her a special pair of bright red Pogi's. The perfect way to celebrate the Red Jersey conquered on the Angliru.
