In ten years of history, the Tour of the Alps has become a benchmark of the spring cycling season, contributing to establishing a new event model. Since 2017, Melinda has accompanied the multi-stage euro-regional race in its growth process, following a relationship that already has its roots in the Giro del Trentino.
There are partnerships that grow over time, consolidate themselves and become an integral part of an event's identity. The bond between Tour of the Alps – scheduled for April 20-24 across Tyrol, South Tyrol and Trentino – and Melinda undoubtedly belongs to this category.
In 2026, the Val di Non consortium will once again be Top Partner of the event organized by Sport Alto Garda. The agreement has been renewed by Infront, the strategic partner of Tour of the Alps for marketing and commercial rights and TV production. The Melinda brand will once again feature the Melinda Green Jersey, symbol of the overall classification leadership and distinctive sign of the event.
Following an important year in which Melinda inaugurated in the presence of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni the revolutionary "Apple Cableway" – created to facilitate the preservation of apples in underground cells carved into the rock – the route of #TotA 2026 will also touch the Val di Non, the productive heart of the Consortium, as part of the third stage from Laces to Arco.
"Melinda has accompanied the Tour of the Alps since its inception because it authentically represents the values that guide our work every day: the deep connection with the Alpine territory, respect for the environment and the promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle. It is an event with which we share a strong affinity of values with the Melinda brand – sustainability, collaboration and rootedness in our communities – and which allows us to tell the world about the identity and quality of our territory," declared Andrea Fedrizzi, Marketing Manager of Melinda.
"I have seen this collaboration be born and grow. From the Giro del Trentino to the Tour of the Alps, Melinda has always stood by our side with consistency and vision, believing in the value of cycling deeply connected to the territory. The Green Jersey is not only the symbol of leadership, but represents an authentic message that connects the event, the environment and the community," commented Maurizio Evangelista, General Manager of the Tour of the Alps.
In 2026, therefore, ten years of collaboration between Melinda and the Tour of the Alps are celebrated across different eras and formats, but remaining faithful to the same idea: making sport an instrument for promoting the territory, its excellences and a healthy and active lifestyle. A success story that continues, in the sign of green, the identifying color of the Tour of the Alps.
