The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and City Mountainbike announce that the first stage of the 2026 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup organized by citymountainbike.com, originally scheduled in Dushanbe (Tajikistan) on April 5, has been postponed.

The Organizing Committee and the Tajikistan Cycling Federation have stated that they cannot guarantee the event will take place as planned due to the current situation in the Middle East.

The new date and venue for the event will be announced shortly.
