As usual, once the official commitments are concluded and the exhausting season is truly behind them, November brings not only the first team training camps but also the end-of-season criteriums.
Among these, one of the most anticipated and qualitatively best-participated is the Tour de France EFGH Singapore Criterium, an event organized by A.S.O. that this year, in its fourth edition, will feature an absolutely prestigious lineup. Animating the event will be four-time Vuelta España winner Primoz Roglic, Belgian road champion Tim Wellens, the green jerseys of the Tour 2024 and 2025 Biniam Girmay and Jonathan Milan, the winner of the first stage of the last Grande Boucle Jasper Philipsen, Italian champion Filippo Conca, current world bronze medalist Ben Healy, the U23 time trial world champion in Zurich 2024 Ivan Romeo, French national champion Dorian Godon and the Italian riders Davide Stella, Kevin Colleoni, Simone Gualdi and Simone Petilli.
Overall, on the starting line of the Tour de France event, 8 World Tour teams will be represented (Lidl-Trek, UAE Team Emirates-XRG, Intermarchè-Wanty, Jayco-AlUla, Alpecin-Deceuninck, Red Bull-BORA-Hansgrohe, EF Education Easypost, Movistar), 2 Continental formations (Team Singapore, ASC Monsters Indonesia) and 1 national team (France) for a total of 40 athletes at the start who, already looking towards the 2026 season, will have the opportunity to maintain their cycling confidence by pedaling in a carefree, cheerful, and highly enjoyable context.
To achieve this goal, the organizers have decided to stage both a short team time trial and a 60 km line race (scheduled one after the other on Sunday) along the 2400 meters of the circuit with start and finish in Connaught Drive, which, not presenting any significant altitude difficulties, will allow riders to create explosive and fun races without requiring too demanding efforts from their legs, and on the other hand, will enable the warm audience of the Asian city-state to repeatedly admire the athletes in competition.
The public will also be involved the day before thanks to numerous side activities that will complete the program of what aims to be as much as possible a weekend of sport, celebration, and sharing: meet & greet, roller challenges, entertainment offered by the finish village, and team presentations will contribute to making the day of those who will attend even more unforgettable and full, putting bicycles and great cycling at the center of their thoughts for a few hours.
