The MBH Bank Ballan CSB Colpack team tells its Giro Next Gen 2025 story in an immersive documentary. It's not just a race. It's a team, 10 days of emotions, sacrifices and collective spirit. It's from this awareness that "The true race is behind the scenes" is born, the documentary film created by the MBH Bank Ballan CSB Colpack team to authentically and immersively recount their adventure at the Giro Next Gen 2025, the stage race reserved for Under 23 riders organized by RCS Sport and set up by Marco Selleri.

Behind every number on the back, behind every finish, every ranking and every milestone, there's a world that the general public often doesn't see: hours of preparation, briefings, work of technical staff, moments of tension and joy experienced together, day after day, in a caravan that is first and foremost a family.

A narrative that reaches its peak also in sporting results, with Pavel Novak's splendid stage victory and the third place in the general classification, crowning a race always lived as protagonists

Rossella Dileo explains the project: "We wanted to tell our experience immersively during these days. A way to reveal our emotions and highlight our riders and partners. Emotions, efforts, defeats and joys emerged. Through this work, we've also established a social network presence we were missing on YouTube".

In the video, published on the team's official YouTube channel, the viewer is taken into the pulsing heart of the race and the team: from the first ray of sunshine to breakfast at the hotel, from technical meetings to evening massages, passing through the often invisible but essential work of mechanics, masseurs, sports directors and logistics staff.

WHERE THE RACE IS BORN. Every role, every detail, every effort is valued in a choral narrative. There are no lead actors, but a single team sharing the same goal: supporting athletes in their growth and bringing them, together, closer to the professional dream.

UPCOMING RACES. Meanwhile, the season continues. We are in a phase where some riders are recovering from the first part of the season. However, racing in Parabiago, at night, tomorrow evening on July 10th. In the team car, Davide Martinelli. At the start: Bagatin, Quaranta, Ambrosini, Oioli.

Then to Hungary and Slovakia, on July 12th and 13th, for the Visegrad 4 Kerekparverseny. Two different races will be disputed, with six riders in each race. In total, eight riders are called up: Bagatin, Chesini, Ambrosini, Balogh, Valent, Tacaks, Makrai, Vas. In the team car, Davide Martinelli.

Sunday, July 13th, also racing at Pessano–Roncola, MP Filtri Trophy, a home race that has often seen the MBH Bank Ballan CSB Colpack team fighting for success. Leading the team, Antonio Bevilacqua. Registered: Cretti, Nespoli, Bracalente, Quaranta, Masciarelli.

Then follows the Tour of Valle d'Aosta, a great stage race reserved for climbers. Guiding the group, Gianluca Valoti. The called-up riders are: Bracalente, Novak, Nespoli, Valent, Masciarelli.
