From July 6 to 13, VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè will be at the start of the Tour of Magnificent Qinghai, the new name for the historic Tour of Qinghai Lake. The team will be competing in a unique stage race, entirely set at high altitude. The route covers over 1,300 kilometers with stages that frequently exceed 3,000 meters of elevation, reaching a maximum point of 3,869 meters.
The Italian team will focus on a mix of sprinters and climbers. Among the sprinters, Enrico Zanoncello, Luca Colnaghi, and Mattia Pinazzi will be at the start. For the more challenging stages, space will be given to climbers: Chilean Vicente Rojas, Luca Covili, and Alex Tolio.
Manuele Tarozzi will also be at the start, who was a protagonist in 2024 with a stage victory and third place in the general classification.
