Hopplà has started positively and yesterday the riders of Claudio Lastrucci won the 2nd City of Loreto Trophy with Marco Manenti, who took the sprint at the Marche finish line ahead of Lorenzo Magli from Gallina Lucchini Ecotek Colosio and his teammate Riccardo Lorello.

The 11 riders of the Tuscan team are working very well and yesterday achieved their second seasonal victory, after the one by Matteo Regnanti and a series of promising placements. In the team car at Loreto was sports director Stefano Roncalli, who passionately follows the 11 riders living between central and northern Italy. "The results are on our side, victories are always the goal for which one races - explained the Hopplà coach -: the riders are motivated and the objectives we set are being achieved. I've taught them that in a race one must always give their maximum and they are listening to me".

Among the riders to watch this year is the young British athlete Oliver Dowson, a promising talent that Dario Cioni, Ineos Grenadiers coach, wanted to entrust to the Tuscan team.

Sunday was race day, but on Saturday the team gathered near Vinci, where Claudio Lastrucci made the family house available to the riders, which is often used for retreats and meetings before races. Saturday was Milan-Sanremo day and the Hopplà riders, born between 2001 and 2006, watched the Spring Classic together, dreaming of one day becoming like the champions they saw on television.

"It was nice to watch the race together, of course as Italians we were cheering for Ganna, but then every rider has their own idol and Saturday the show was truly beautiful. In these moments the team bond grows even stronger and everything helps to develop the squad".

The next appointment for the Tuscan team will be in San Gimignano next Sunday, then the international Giro del Belvedere and on with an intense spring until the biggest commitment for this first part of the season, that Gran Premio della Liberazione that Hopplà has already won in its long years of activity.
