
Anna Henderson tears the pink jersey of the Giro d'Italia Women from Marlen Reusser's shoulders. The British rider from Lidl Trek won the Clusone/Aprica stage, the second of the race, crowning a breakaway that began forty kilometers from the finish line together with Dilyxine Miermont, a French rider from Ceratizit, who finished in second position. In third place, with a 26" gap from the leading duo, came Soraya Paladin (CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto) with Eleonora Ciabocco (Picnic Post NL) in fourth position and Marlen Reusser (Movistar) in fifth.
