Letizia Borghesi celebrates victory at the end of the 114 kilometers of Hoogeveen / Col du VAM-berg, the queen stage of the Eneco Tour Women 2026. The thirty-year-old from AG Insurance - Soudal Team beat Pfeiffer Georgi by 4", the British rider from Picnic PostNL, and Lieke Nooijen from Visma Lease a Bike who maintains the lead in the general classification.

On the pavé, 600 meters from the finish, Borghesi accelerated, creating the necessary gap between herself and her rivals to celebrate her second victory in the standings: she had indeed achieved success at the finish line in Carate Brianza in the fourth stage of the 2019 Giro d'Italia.

On the eve of the fifth and final stage of the Eneco Tour Women, which will conclude tomorrow in Arnhem, Letizia Borghesi occupies third position in the general classification, just two seconds behind Femke Markus who precedes her.
