This morning Angiolino Piscaglia passed away in San Marino, where he lived. He was a professional cyclist of considerable talent and later a highly respected masseur in the cycling world, who subsequently worked for many years in healthcare facilities.
He was born in Novafeltria in 1932 and his portrait was recently drawn by Marco Pastonesi in the attached link. We are republishing it as a tribute to a truly special figure who devoted his entire life to cycling. A professional from 1957 to 1961, he raced for San Pellegrino, for Ghigi-Coppi and for Ghigi.
The funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13 – at 2:30 PM – in the church of Borgo Maggiore in the Republic of San Marino.
Heartfelt condolences to the family from the editorial teams of tuttoBICI and tuttobiciweb.it
