The bond between Como and Il Lombardia is becoming increasingly strong: not only tomorrow, in fact, because the Como province capital will continue to be the protagonist of Il Lombardia presented by Crédit Agricole also in 2027, 2028 and 2029. This is what was announced today, during the press conference held in the Council Chamber of Palazzo Cernezzi, just hours before the 120th edition of the Classica delle Foglie Morte.

The event was attended by Alessandro Rapinese, mayor of Como, Ezio Vergani, president of the Como-Lecco Chamber of Commerce, and Luca Guercilena, COO of RCS Sports & Events, who presented the agreement designed to guarantee continuity of the event's presence in the Como province city for the next three editions.

The new agreement confirms the bond between Como and one of the most prestigious races on the international cycling calendar, which has always found in the Como territory an ideal setting.
