With a fantastic solo effort of 15 kilometers, Elias Dybing conquered the continental title in the junior road race at the 2026 Ljubljana Europeans. The Norwegian, leaving everyone behind on the Možjanca climb, crossed the finish line in Šenčur with a ten-second margin over Aitor Martinez (Spain) who, in the two-up sprint for silver against Jop van den Biggelaar, clearly got the better of the Dutchman. Fourth place went to Brandon Fedrizzi who, at 15 seconds back, controlled the main group.
