Carlotta Cipressi will remain a cornerstone of the Human Powered Health team for the next two seasons. The American team, very active in the cycling transfer market, has repeatedly made clear its great ambitions for the coming seasons and, among arrivals and departures, has decided to renew its trust in the young rider from Forlì, thus continuing a relationship that began in 2025.

Carlotta, are you happy to continue your adventure?

"Very happy. When the team proposed the renewal to me, I accepted immediately and very willingly. I feel good here and thanks to all the squad members I've grown a lot. I want to continue doing so, improving myself more and more".

Human Powered Health also has many ambitions.

"That's right. In these years with the team, I've really felt the desire to improve, to raise the bar. Every person in the team commits to the maximum to achieve new important goals. And then there's an aspect that goes beyond the sporting and professional side".

Which one?

"In our group there's a lot of attention to interpersonal relationships. I appreciate that very much and I've been able to experience it firsthand, particularly this year. Paying attention to the small things that go beyond work, I believe, is a great value".

Speaking of this year. What kind of season has it been for you, the one we're concluding?

"A bit of a roller coaster season. It didn't start the way I wanted, but then it kept improving continuously. One of those seasons that makes you grow and increases confidence in your abilities".

Explain that better to us.

"From my debut in Australia until Liège, things didn't go as I hoped. I wasn't able to express myself the way I wanted and honestly this also affected my peace of mind a bit. But the team never put pressure on me; everyone was there for me, giving priority to the person rather than the athlete. We studied together how we could get back on track. I participated in Antwerp Port Epic Ladies and GP Schelkens, races more suited to sprinters than to my characteristics. I had fun, I found my smile again, and from those races in Belgium my condition also improved. Until I reached the Giro d'Italia Women and the Tour de France Femmes, both of which I finished. I can definitely be satisfied with how my season 'turned around'".

And now what will your next commitments be?

"I had Trofeo Tessile & Moda and Veneto Women on my schedule, but given the cancellation of the Piedmont race, my last appointment of 2026 will be the Veneto race. Then I'll take a short break".

Destination?

"Paris. It's a gift I'm giving myself".

A gift for what?

"For finishing the Tour de France Femmes. Unfortunately, the French race for us girls doesn't end in Paris, but ever since I was little I watched the men's Tour awards on the Champs-Élysées and dreamed of being able to go there. This year I participated in my first Tour de France, I finished it, and I'll go to Paris. I deserve it".

 Maybe the City of Light will also give you some inspiration for a painting. How's your passion for art going?

"The passion is always there; when I can, I paint to relax. My priority is, and always remains, the bike. Important seasons await me with Human Powered Health. I want to be ready and repay the team's trust".
