The Trentino rider from Conscio Pedale del Sile delivers a performance of great consistency, finishing just under two tenths behind Belarusian Angelina Shastak, the winner with 1:07.239.

Ferrante responds with an excellent 1:07.427, a time that confirms her firmly among the elite of pure sprinting and earns her the second position.

The podium is completed by Russian Veronika Solozobova, third in 1:07.895, who takes the bronze ahead of Lombard Sara Peruta, fourth with 1:08.230 after a performance that was nonetheless impressive.
