In the women's event comes another medal: Elisa Bianchi, Maria Acuti, Azzurra Ballan and Linda Rapporti close out the bronze medal race in 4:25.299, a time that earns them bronze against Canada. The title goes to Great Britain — Lloyd, Taylor, McHugh, Phillips — who dominate the final with an excellent 4:21.225, surpassing Belgium, silver in 4:28.132.
