The growing level of and interest in women's cycling is no longer a novelty, but rather an established reality, and further testimony arrived from the latest edition of the Tour de France Femmes concluded last Sunday in Nice with the final victory of Demi Vollering in the yellow jersey ahead of Kasia Niewiadoma and Italy's champion Elisa Longo Borghini. An edition of highly spectacular racing, with outstanding sporting quality, accompanied by incredible numbers in terms of public attendance on the roads and viewer interest on TV and online channels.

A success that confirms once again the foresight of the Alfredo Binda Cycling Society, promoter of one of Italy's most important road cycling events, which, since 2021, has chosen to add to the historic Tre Valli Varesine its women's version.

The Tre Valli Varesine Women's Race | e-work was born with the objective of promoting and enhancing women's professional cycling, a reality in continuous growth that today represents one of the strengths of the entire movement and which the society presided over by Renzo Oldani actively supports for now 5 seasons. And confirming the high level already achieved by the women's race, last Tour's yellow jersey wearer Demi Vollering and third-place finisher Elisa Longo Borghini were the two great protagonists of the 2025 edition of the Varese race as well, with the splendid victory of Italy's champion over the European champion.

Modern cycling now has two souls (men's cycling and women's cycling), but a single great heart.

This year too, Tuesday, October 6, the province of Varese will welcome both competitions: in the morning the elite women athletes will battle it out on the same roads that in the afternoon will host the men's race, creating a day of great celebration for the entire cycling world.

The Tre Valli Varesine Women's Race | e-work, though young, has already earned a place among the most anticipated appointments of the season. In just five editions, the race has attracted some of the best teams from the international cycling scene: World Tour teams, Continental teams, and important club formations. A growing success, so much so that it was included, starting in 2024, in the prestigious UCI Women's ProSeries calendar, just like the men's race.

In just five editions held so far, the roll of honor of the women's race is already of great prestige, testifying to the value of the event and how much it is considered by women's cycling champions. Cuban Arlenis Sierra had triumphed in the first edition in 2021; then with the splendid solo effort of Elisa Longo Borghini in 2022 came the first Italian victory; strong German Liane Lippert had triumphed in 2023; French Cédrine Kerbaol had left her mark in the rainy 2024 edition; then 2025 with Elisa Longo Borghini's second victory.

The Tre Valli Varesine Women's Race | e-work thus continues to grow and write increasingly important pages of women's cycling, bringing Varese and its tradition to the center of the international movement.
