The Human Powered Health of the future is beginning to take shape: the American team has officially announced the signing of Marta Lach for the next two seasons.
The Polish rider, born in 1997, is out of contract with SD Worx Protime, where she joined in 2025 after catching attention with CERATIZIT-WNT Pro Cycling.
"We didn't hesitate for even a second, we reached an agreement in 24 hours," says Ro de Jonckere, General Manager of Human Powered Health, referring to the negotiations that will bring Lach to the team. He added: "We believe strongly in Marta, she is one of the key athletes for our future. Now we will continue working to make our team one of the leading squads in the WorldTour."
Lach, who this season won the Festival Elsy Jacobs in Garnich and recorded six podiums and other notable finishes, commented: "This environment seems right for me. I believe that with the team we can achieve many results and I will be able to improve as an athlete and as a person. The team's combative and always cheerful mentality particularly attracted me".
Lach's fast-paced riding abilities will be useful to the American team both in sprint finishes and in races in the north, as Marta herself recalled: "I feel comfortable in races like Antwerp or Roubaix but I also enjoy bunch sprints"
