Fifteen golds from the Marca region at the Francone Velodrome in San Francesco al Campo (Turin) where the Italian track cycling championships were held. The lion's share went to Matteo Fiorin with four titles, junior Nicola Padovan with three titles. Two each for Christian Fantini and Maya Ferrante, one for Niccolò Galli, Etienne Grimod, and juniors Jacopo Vendramin and Bianca Luisotto.

Matteo Fiorin signs the four-title haul. He won the title in the Elite Elimination race. The Brianza native from the Army Sports Center demonstrates his superiority, outsprinting in the final the Olympic champion Francesco Lamon (Fiamme Azzurre and his teammate at Solme Olmo Arvedi) with a powerful and lucid acceleration.

For Fiorin, 21 years old as of June 14, from Desio in the province of Monza and Brianza, this is his fourth Italian title in these nationals, after those won in the team pursuit (with his Solme Olmo Arvedi teammates Etienne Grimod and Christian Fantini and Trentino Alessio Magagnotti), winning the title after a head-to-head with Davide Boscaro, Renato Favero, Niccolò Galli and Francesco Lamon (the latter two from Solme Olmo Arvedi), and in the Omnium, ahead of teammate Niccolò Galli (Solme Olmo Arvedi) and Davide Stella (Uae Team Emirates Gen Z) confirming extraordinary form and consistent performance as a reference athlete for the national movement. Matteo Fiorin also claimed the title in the Elite Madison, won in partnership with teammate Niccolò Galli.

Matteo Fiorin is also continental champion in elimination and team pursuit where he triumphed with the Solme Olmo Arvedi squad also composed of Christian Fantini and Etienne Grimod, completed by Vicentino, former Borgo Molino, Renato Favero.

In the Elite Scratch, Matteo Fiorin (Army Sports Center – Solme Olmo Arvedi) is beaten by Alessio Magagnotti (Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe Rookies). Third is Davide Boscaro (Fiamme Azzurre).

In the points race, Christian Fantini of Solme Olmo Arvedi triumphs, the protagonist of a regular and incisive performance. The Emilian, 20 years old as of October 31, claims the title by just one point, finishing with 70 against 69 for Paduan Davide Boscaro (Fiamme Azzurre), author of a comeback that falls short for gold. Completing the podium is Trentino Alessio Magagnotti, bronze medalist. Christian Fantini is also competitive on the road: this year he has won two races, the Gran Premio De Nardi in Castello Roganzuolo and in Roncolevà.

Nicola Padovan shines on track too, where he won three titles. His is the national title in the junior Omnium. The athlete from Gottardo Giochi Caneva, of president Michele Biz (son of the legendary Gianni), also won the title in team pursuit with Jacopo Vendramin of Team Spercenigo Industrial Forniture Moro C&G Capital, continental champion in the Elimination specialty with Xavier Bordignon, Lorenzo Ceccarello. The Venetian from Marghera will turn 18 on December 19. Nicola Padovan on the last day of the event won the national title in Madison with Lorenzo Ceccarello (Autozai Contri). He also won silver in Elimination.

Nicola Padovan, 18 years old as of April 2, is from Bagnolo di San Pietro di Feletto. He is also European champion in the Omnium and has won five road races, the last one last Sunday at the Loria international. A true phenomenon in his category.

The junior women also distinguished themselves. In the junior individual pursuit, third is Castellana Azzurra Ballan, daughter of Alessandro. Maya Ferrante, 17 years old as of January 1, who races with U.C. Conscio Pedale del Sile, closed her adventure to applause, returning home with four medals in her suitcase. Maya Ferrante put her signature on the national title in sprint and keirin and also won two silvers in Team Sprint with Giorgia Nervo and Clarissa Laghi and in the standing kilometer. Bianca Luisotto, together with teammate Maddalena Pascut (Team Wilier Breganze), conquered the national jersey in the junior women's Madison event.
