Former professional Danilo Napolitano has been banned for twenty years for alleged violations of articles 2.6 and 2.8 of the WADA Code, relating to the possession and administration (or attempted administration) of prohibited substances. Napolitano was the sports director of Salus Seregno De Rosa, a junior category team.

An eight-year suspension was also imposed on the club's president Marco Moretto.
