Marlen Reusser, defending champion of the Tour de Suisse Women and world time trial champion, won the individual time trial held today at Aarburg over a distance of 23 kilometers. The Movistar captain clocked a time of 29 minutes and 36 seconds, winning by 11" over Zoe Bäckstedt (CANYON//SRAM) and 54" ahead of Loes Adegeest (Lidl – Trek). Elisa Longo Borghini finished fifth with a deficit of 1'05". The general classification now sees Reusser ahead of the Italian champion and Kerbaol.
