Racing suspended at the Tour of Slovenia 2026. A serious crash involving 4-5 riders forced the race jury to neutralize the second stage for several kilometers and then suspend it indefinitely due to all medical vehicles being engaged in assisting the fallen riders.

With these vehicles committed to providing assistance to the riders on the ground, the decision became unavoidable for the race organization, and the stage will resume, as communicated through official channels, only once the medical support vehicles have completed their work and can return to their position at the back of the peloton.

UPDATE: approximately 30 minutes after the decision to neutralize the race, the jury restarted the stage to complete the final 26 kilometers.
