The fourth stage of the Tour de Hongrie, scheduled for today, has been shortened. Due to adverse weather conditions, the queen stage of the Tour de Hongrie, between Mohács and Pécs, will be shortened by 45 kilometers. The start time has been postponed to 13:00 (CET).

Due to heavy rain expected throughout the day, the organizers have shortened the route of the Tour de Hongrie stage at the request of the teams. The Villány-Siklós-Harkány circuit has been removed from the route: the peloton will head directly from Villány to Pécs. The mountain circuit will remain unchanged to preserve the character of the race: the peloton will tackle the Bárány Road climb four times. The total distance of the race will therefore be 143 km. The expected finish time will not be affected (16:30 CET).
